Basesix is a company with a Kingdom vision.

Our foundation, or “Base” is built upon the “six” virtues for thought that the apostle Paul speaks about in Philippians 4:8 - Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.

If we, as a company, can make these six things our focus and our filter, they will guide our actions in the marketplace and in our personal lives. Our values are the six ways in which we seek to live out our vision.

In all situations requiring a business decision, we should ask ourselves: is it true, is it right, is it noble, is it pure, is it lovely,is it admirable? We want to have a personal impact on everyone that we come into contact with and be bold and purposeful in our approach to developing relationships. We want to be good stewards of all that we are blessed with, which includes employees, clients, and profits. As stewards we will give back a portion of our profits to support those in our community and utilize the hands and feet of our team to serve those who need it most. We believe that the Bible holds the answers to how we should operate Basesix and acts as a reference manual to guide our business decisions.

In 2009, the founders of Basesix established a fund as a place to hold profits set aside for giving. Today this fund is known as the Basesix Fund, and through this fund we are able to provide scholarships for children of current and former employees, as well as give to organizations making an impact locally and globally.
